Step three: Assembly

Sensor assembly is performed in our Clean Room. A Class 100 Clean Bench is employed to prevent airborne particles from contacting the sensing elements prior to sealing. Proprietary materials and techniques are used in the sealing process. Extreme process controls are required to ensure product uniformity.
